Yesterday, Chrysler Automakers paid back it’s 7.5 billion dollar loan to the U.S. and Canadian governments. TJMS correspondent, Roland Martin, talked with Michigan senator Debbie Stabenow this morning about the payback and the auto company’s rebound.
President Obama was criticized for his effort in the rescue of General Motors and Chrysler and took heat from Republicans and the tea party. Though a complete recovery is far from certain, the bailout of the auto industry shows leadership and great example of economic recovery.
