What if you had the chance to make a positive difference to five million Americans who have Alzheimers? Tomorrow morning, you can walk with us to help fight the disease. The walk takes place at Sawyer Point, registration begins at 8:30 AM, and starts at 10 AM. Its a real simple walk path, going across the Southgate Bridge, through Newport, and back through the Purple People Bridge.

Can’t make it to the walk tomorrow? No worries, you can also make a difference by donating to the Alzheimers Association by donating at their website.

Today is World Alzheimers Day, and Tom invited Dr. Angela Geiger of the Alzheimers Association to talk about Alzheimers, and how you make a big difference in helping those who are diagnosed with this disease. In case you missed the interview, you can listen below.

It’ll be a good time, and you’ll make a difference too. Don’t believe me? Let 1230 The Buzz’s Emanuel Livingston tell you about his experience last year.
