As you’ve probably heard, Republican John Williams is leading Democrat Tracie Hunter by just 23 votes for Hamilton County Juvenile Court Judge . To keep you updated, a recount is currently in the works. On Nov. 22, U. S. District Judge Susan Dlott ruled, from Tracie Hunter’s lawsuit, that the board must investigate the provisional ballots. In her lawsuit, Hunter claimed that the poll workers did not lead voters to the precinct table.
The recount was supposed to begin today, but the board of elections will instead have a hearing at 1 pm, to determine how to proceed with the Court’s order on investigating poll worker error for 849 provisional ballots that were thrown out.
