As the temperatures rose to a scorching 90+ degrees this past weekend, the sounds of high praise at the Timberwolf Amphitheatre at Kings Island rose to a new level. Full of excitement, anticipation and expectancy, guests from all over the Tri-State area gathered to experience this summer’s hottest concert series – Joyfest 2010.

After last year’s experience with Crystal Aikin, Tye Tribbett & G.A., Kirk Franklin and Marvin Sapp, you’d think to ask yourself “How much better can it actually get?” We didn’t know the answer would soon be a whole lot better until we arrived for the show.

Joyfest 2010 featured some of gospel music’s top acts including urban gospel trio 21:03, contemporary praise and worship singer Martha Munizzi, Christian comedian Bone Hampton, singer/songwriter Donald Lawrence & Co. and of course headliner Fred Hammond.

Quite an amazing lineup if we don’t say so ourselves. All of these artists have never been on the same set list before so the tour itself is an interesting mix of inspirational, gospel and contemporary Christian music performed live and at its best.

Our crew picked up quite a few goodies from the show in order to share them with you here so check things out below and let us know what you thought of the entire experience.
