Oh happy day!
Seriously, if Oprah Winfrey‘s staff didn’t have a reason to smile before yesterday they truly do now. Let’s back up for a minute, shall we? Oprah’s O Magazine is in its tenth year of operations. We all know there is no “I” in the word team and of course, Oprah is no stranger to giving credit where credit is due.
Recently, the media mogul personally visited Harpo Studios and gave to each of her employees a personalized iPad case for their very own individual iPads. She also gave each of them some extra spending money – in the amount of $10,000. Hallelujah! Talk about a bonus!
Now tell me, who wouldn’t want to work for Oprah? Not only does she lead by example, but she actually rewards her staff with things they can use including money. Go Ms. Winfrey! You truly are the “world’s greatest boss” and we love you for it.
