A cell phone captured an altercation amongst three family members who now face charges for a recent scuffle with the police. After attempting to give Jonathan Gowey a citation for throwing a firecracker in Lower Price Hill earlier this week on Wednesday evening, officers were approached by Gowey’s mother who began questioning their motives. Requesting for her son’s identification, Cassandra Harris, was restrained momentarily, but her eldest son then joined the argument causing even more of a disturbance.

Although the family says the eldest son wasn’t fighting the police, the evidence revealed in the cell phone video clip might tell a different story – one that’s even different from the version of the story the police actually reported, too.
