A federal grand jury in Cincinnati indicted three inmates and two security guards at the Talbert Halfway House.  One guard is accused of accepting cash in return for letting prisoners leave and return to the facility at night. The other guard is accused of having a sexual relationship with one of the inmates.

The indictment also charges three inmates, 38 year old Richard Green, 37 year old Shawn Mack, and 31 year old Marcus Turner, all of whom were convicted felons who had been placed in Talbert House by the Bureau of Prisons.

The indictment alleges that on at least four occasions, beginning September and November of 2008, 22 year old guard Isaac Williams allowed Green, Turner and Mack to leave the facility at night, during the mandated curfew hours, in exchange for money.

26 year old Aujeni Washington stands accused of entering into a sexual relationship with Green while he was in her custody. These instances of sexual contact occurred between Green and Washington both on the premises of the facility and outside the facility.

Washington and Williams resigned from Talbert House after they were confronted by supervisors in November, 2008.

Turner, Green and Mack are each charged with one count of bribing a public official. Williams is charged with acceptance of a bribe by a public official. Washington is charged with one count of abusive sexual contact.
