New reports this Friday morning straight from our state’s capitol indicate that Ohio’s official unemployment rate seems to be making quite a shift.

Statistics show that the state’s unemployment rate has fallen below the 10 percent marker, with a new jobless rate of 9.9 percent as of October. The decline is said to be associated with help and assistance from hiring services and also manufacturing and construction developments across the region.

According to the Department of Job & Family Services, the last time Ohio experienced a dip in the unemployment rate was back in March of 2009.
