The “NewsOne Now” panel took on school discipline policies that Attorney General Eric Holder says create the “school-to-prison pipeline.” Dr. Steve Perry, who was a part of the panel Wednesday says it’s unsafe to be a black male at any age, especially in our schools, but that some students are just plain disruptive. If you’re a parent of a child in public school, you’ll definitely want to hear this debate over whether black students are over-disciplined.
