The father accused of gunning down his 11 year-old daughter in a drunken rampage will not be allowed out of jail to attend the girl’s funeral.
A Hamilton County judge denied Deandre Kelly’s request, yesterday, citing the threat of vigilante justice.
Kelly pleaded not guilty to involuntary manslaughter and other charges.Funeral services for Shanti Lanza are scheduled for tomorrow at Riverside academy school.
