What a tragic story. According to police, Deandre Kelly has been charged with reckless homicide after police say he shot and killed his 11 year old daughter, Shanti Lanza. In what has been described as a domestic violence incident between Kelly and his ex-girlfriend, Kelly fired off shots in the air hitting Shanti in the chest and killing her.
Now Deandre Kelly wants to be allowed to attend his daughter’s funeral.
