The five suspects charged with a murder in Covington will stay in custody for now.
Hasan Abdullah, Eugene Smith, Reginald Bates, and two juveniles were all in court yesterday.
The group is also charged with conspiracy in the shooting that killed DeSean Peterson on Sunday.
