Class-action status has been granted in a lawsuit against Elmwood Place over speeding tickets.
20,000 drivers could be eligable for reimbursements under the Hamilton County judge’s ruling.
The Enquirer reports that Elmwood Place collected nearly two million dollars off the red light cameras in six months.
