Statistics due out today shows Cincinnati tied for 10th, nationally, with a child poverty rate of 53%.
The Enquirer reports on the findings that show the overall poverty rate has gone from 25% in 2008 to more than 34% last year.
The rates are highest for Cincinnati residents who are african american, hispanic, or latino.
