Cincinnati’s new police chief says he is ready to gain the trust of the community.
Jeffrey Blackwell talked with reporters yesterday, laying out his plans to work with residents to fight crime through mutual respect.
Blackwell was hired Friday after serving 26 years with the Columbus Police department.
