A Cincinnati man will go before a judge today to face a host of charges after an incident in a library restroom.
Cincinnati Police arrested Colliens Bullucks this past weekend, after he allegedly tried to crawl into a stall in the women’s restroom at the public library of cincinnati and hamilton county’s main branch.
Bullucks is charged with voyerism and drug posession.
