A Cincinnati fire lieutenant will receive a huge pay day from the city after winning a discrimination lawsuit.
A federal jury has found that Mark Broach was victimized by superiors, who falsely accuse him of neglecting duty for refusing to force a firefighter out the the department.
Broach, who is black, claimed the accusation was based on race.
