A 75 year-old Hamilton County man has been acquitted on charges related to the fatal shooting of a dog in April.
Robert Marx shot and killed a pitbull mix, after it attacked his dog while at doris day dog park. Marks was a concealed-carry permit holder
While trying to break up the fight between his dog and the pitbull, Marx first resorted to using his stun gun, but that didn’t work.
Judge Bernie Bouchard found him not guilty of criminal damaging and endangering, and knowingly discharging a firearm within city limits.
