The budget passed by the Ohio house and senate, this week, is awaiting action from Governor John Kasich.
That 62 billion dollar spending plan includes sweeping income tax cuts, an increase in Ohio’s sales tax, and overhaul school funding.
The measure also includes new controversial abortion restrictions, which Democrats are calling on Kasich to veto.
