Rescue crews have delayed their search this morning, due to the weather, for the missing swimmer in the Little Miami River.
Hamilton County Sheriffs are still searching for 18 year-old Otis Andrews, who was with friends in the river Tuesday night when he didn’t return to shore.
As of now, we do not have any updates to whether or not the search will resume this afternoon.
