The Evanston mother, who drowned her two children in a bathtub, 12 years ago, will be released from custody to a group home.
Bridget Stovall believes she was casting out evil spirits, and was found not guilty by reason of insanity at trial.
Doctors told Judge Jerome Metz, Wednesday, that Stovald’s condition is managed now through medication.
