Tavis Smiley thinks the Obama administration’s after him.
The author, television host, and former commentator of the TJMS claims that members of the Obama administration, whom he would not identify, have successfully convinced sponsors to stop funding his ventures, notably his television show.
He claims his television show is not only being hit with sponsor pull-outs, but also his anti-poverty initiatives are taking a hit too.
Tom Joyner, this morning, had some words to say for Tavis. He said,
“Tavis, here’s the problem. Your sponsors are pulling out because you don’t have numbers. You don’t have a platform. You’re losing affiliates, and when you lose affiliates you lose sponsors. It’s not because someone from the Obama administration is plotting against you.
