Signatures will soon be collected state-wide to place a medical marijuana law on the books.
The Ohio Ballot Board approved the “Cannibus Rights Act”, on Thursday, allowing supporters to begin circulating petitions.
The proposed constitutional amendment will likely go before voters in November of 2014.
