Ryan Widmer won’t get a fourth trial for the murder of his wife.
The Ohio Supreme Court denied Widmer’s appeal, Wednesday.
His claims of police misconduct and lack of DNA tests for a genetic condition, that may have caused Sarah Widmer’s death, were rejected.
