Two employees of the IRS office in Cincinnati have reportedly been disciplined for their aggressive handling of conservative political groups.
The agency’s commissioner singled out the rogue agents, Wednesday, before resigning from his post.
Those employees could face criminal charges, for allegedly red-flagging Tea-Party groups that requested tax-exempt status.
