You would think a mother’s day parade really be a festive affair. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case in New Orleans.
This weekend, in the seventh ward, 19 people were shot at the intersection of Frenchmen and North Villere Streets.
This morning Roland Martin, of the TJMS, invited New Orleans Mayor Mitch Landrieu to call in and give a status on the case. In case you missed the interview, you can listen below.
