Two bills in the Ohio House could pave the way for legalization of Marijuana in the state.
Representative Bob Hagan introduced the measure, Thursday, that would legalize pot for medical and recreational uses.
The Youngstown democrat says a 15% tax on Marijuana could help fix the state’s budget.
