Family and friends of a murder victim, who blinked his eyes to identify his alleged killer, say he was lucid despite an inability to speak.
They testified, Thursday, on behalf of David Chandler. Chandler died after the West End shooting in 2010.
Ricardo Woods is accused of killing Chandler, but the defense calls the eye blinks unreliable.
