A Hamilton County Judge has issued a permanent injunction on the City of Cincinnati’s new parking plan.

Judge Robert Winkler announced his decision, on Thursday morning, saying that the citizens of Cincinnati have the right to vote on the plan.

According to the injunction, it states that city manager Milton Dohoney, and the City of Cincinnati, shall no longer take any action in implementing the new $92 Million parking plan.

The injunction filed is in response to a lawsuit by a group of concerned residents of the city.
