A lawsuit has been filed in an attempt to collect fines paid to Elmwood Place from the speed cameras.
An injunction was granted this month by Judge Robert Ruehlman, who criticized the system.
Attorney Mike Allen is asking for a class-action status, while requesting damages in penalties from the village.
