Green Township residents are pushing for a “Plan B”, as they fight against a public housing project in their backyards.

They lobbied township trustees, Monday night, to not sell land to the Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority for a planned 32 unit apartment complex.

The residents say concentrating low-income housing would lower their home’s property value. They’re supporting a proposal to spread the housing around, possibly by rehabbing foreclosed homes.
