A Cincinnati Police Sergent is facing on-duty misconduct charges.
A Hamilton County grand jury indicted Sergent Jeffrey Brunswick yesterday.
Brunswick allegedly helped two robbery suspects avoid prosecution, by using the police department’s criminal database.
