Duke Energy customers, in Greater Cincinnati, could pay for the utility’s shares of the streetcar project.
Duke has asked the public utilities commission for permission to charge fees, if utilities need to be moved for major government projects.
The first of four public hearings on the rate increases, is tonight at the Fairfield Township Administrative Building.
