One of the first restaurants to open at the Banks is already in trouble for allegedly not paying rent.
The developer is suing the owner of Toby Keith’s “I Love This Bar And Grill” for more than $120,000.
The restaurant was the first announced business to occupy space at the Banks development. The Banks’s developer was given a $5.5 million loan from the city and Hamilton County to cover the costs of developing the space for the restaurant.
