(via WLWT.com) – An Ohio appeals court has denied Ryan Widmer‘s second appeal from his third trial.
The 12th Court of Appeals denied Widmer’s second appeal, dealing with the claim that the lead detector, of this case, was unqualified to lead a homicide investigation.
