The Norwood Police Officer, who was shown on camera throwing a handcuffed woman into a wall, will face criminal charges.
Officer Robert Ward will be arraignged in Hamilton County Municipal Judge Russell Mock’s courtroom to answer to charges against him on November 7th.
Because the Norwood Officer will be arraigned in a municipal courtroom, Officer Ward will most likely face misdemeanor charges that could sentence him to six months in jail.
Two months ago, a surveillance video showed Ward tossing 30 year-old Denise Diallo into a wall, after she was placed under arrest at the police station for a disturbance.
