What I liked the most about Skip Masters book is the subtitle, which reads “My Tribute to Black Women”. It’s a strange mix I know, but it’s what makes our conversation so interesting. The more of his story that I unraveled, the more that I realized that this guy has a unique perspective. Skip starts the conversation talking about what it was like being the black basketball star on a virtually all-white campus in Oklahoma Baptist University and ends talking about his first encounter.
