A Cincinnati man will be in court today. He faces charges of a kidnapping of a taxi driver.
Charles Black was arrested this past weekend, on kidnapping and aggravated robbery charges, after crashing the cab at the end of a police chase in Winton Hills.
Cincinnati Police say Black had allegedly kept the driver in the trunk for nine hours.
