Charges will not be filed against a 92 year-old Northern Kentucky man, who killed a burglar in his home.
Boone County Sheriff deputies say Earl Jones was forced to defend his home yesterday, when three men broke into his farm house in Verona.
He fired one shot, killing 24 year-old Lloyd Maxwell. The other suspects were arrested a short time later.
