The freedom center is moving close to a firm financial footing.
It will receive a nearly a two million dollar grant from the W.K Kellogg foundation. In addition its merger with the museum center, and the possible ticket sales donated by the upcoming crosstown classic will help the center move forward.
Joining the museum center allows the freedom center to pare costs of administrative work, human resources, and finance.
