The Warren County coroner says the death of a Middletown boy appears to be a tragic accident.
11 month-old Gearld Passmore Jr. died yesterday, after possibly ingesting prescription medication. An autopsy found no signs of foul play or trauma on the boy.
Toxicology tests won’t be available for another six weeks.
