Negotiations continue on a proposed partial merge between three local utilities.
Officials updated city council, yesterday, on the proposal saying merging administrative services at Cincinnati Water Works, the Metropolitan Sewer District, and storm water management would save the utilities money.
City leaders are concerned that these three utilities, operating separately, would put more of a cost burden on residents.
