New court documents are shedding light on the extent of former CODE president Diana Frey‘s thefts.
Federal prosecutors say Frey stole more than $750,000 from the union’s funds while serving as president.
More than $600,000 covered credit card payments, while the rest was spent on gas, groceries, and restaurant meals.
Frey will be sentenced next month for wire fraud.
