A Hamilton County man will serve the maximum sentence for killing his daughter.
A judge sentenced Thomas Huge to 23 years to life behind bars, yesterday, for murder.
Huge was convicted last week from suffocating Kayli Bates in 2010. The jury, however, acquitted him of aggravated murder which spared him the death penalty.
