An advisor to the Democratic National Committee is under scrutiny, after making comments about Mitt Romney’s wife last night.
Hilary Rosen is being called to apologize after claiming that Mitt Romney’s wife, Ann Romney, has never worked a day in her life. When being interviewed last night, by CNN’s Anderson Cooper, Rosen took a few stabs at Ann Romney. She said,
“Guess what, his wife has actually never worked a day in her life.”
And then, just like that, Ann decided to respond to Rosen’s comments, through Twitter. With the Twitter name, @AnnDRomney, She tweeted,
“I made a choice to stay home and raise five boys. Believe me, it was hard work,”
Members of the Obama reelection campaign have disagreed with Rosen’s comments too. David Axelrod tweeted his disappointment in the comments, and said that Rosen should apologize for her remarks.
