It looks like not only fraternity members, of Kappa Kappa Psi, were involved in the Flordia A&M hazing scandal.
According to witnesses, that told the police, two FAMU faculty members were present while band fraternity pledges were hazed. The hazing took place at one of the faculty member’s home, according to the investigation report.
Authorities said no charges will be filed because investigators cannot prove the Kappa Kappa Psi hazing happened within a two-year statute of limitations. They have closed the case.
The university, however, will continue to investigate fraternity’s hazing, and
“Will take appropriate action against faculty members or students, up to and including dismissals.”
