Cincinnati officials will file a settlement today between the city and dozens of “Occupy Cincinnati” protestors that wipes out criminal charges against the group.
Local sources report that the protestors will get 24 hour access to Piatt Park for one year, while all trespassing charges will be waived against the group.
Occupy Cincinnati will also drop a federal civil rights suit against the city. Political science experts say it is the first such agreement in the nation.
