A week from now high school athletes, all across the country, will be signing their college of choice. While most will be getting scholarships from universities, their living costs will not be covered for. State representative Alicia Reece wants to change that by introducing a bill, in the statehouse, that will allow state universities to pay its athletes.
If this law comes into place, it will only effect state universities in Ohio.
