At the start of yet another week in the Dr. Conrad Murray/Michael Jackson trial, inside the courtroom there’s about to be a shift in the trial. This week, the prosecution is expected to rest while the defense heads to the mat to begin its case as Dr. Conrad Murray faces involuntary manslaughter charges in association with the untimely death of the late King of Pop.

So what will happen? If you’ve been watching closely and following the fall out of evidence in the case, this week the defense will battle the prosecution’s aggressive strategy by building a case showing Michael Jackson was at fault for the causes of his own death – mainly due to the overwhelming amount of drugs identified in his system.
Although Murray has pleaded not guilty to the charges, the defense claims there are 15 witnesses scheduled to take the stand who might sway the opinion of the judge and the jury in determining who is really responsible for the death of Michael Jackson.
