This morning, Cincinnati NAACP president Juanita Adams accused the group, “Cincinnatians For Progress” , of misrepresenting the NAACP’s position, and using the logo without permission. In response to the press conference, yesterday, she issued the following statement.

“I hope the citizens for progress are prepared to pay legal fees, court costs, and restitution for misrepresentation of our Executive Committee and Membership’s position on a Yes vote on Issue 48.”

If Issue 48 passes, it will forbid the city from building or developing any rail system until 2020.
